Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vladosskin Games ("VL Games", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Kosti 3D and Block Nook (the "Games"). We built the Games to be enjoyed without asking you to create an account or hand over personal details. We do not sell your data.

1. Information we collect

We, ourselves, do not collect or store personal information on our own servers. Specifically:

• No account, no personal profile. The Games work without registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
• Game progress is local. Your saves, scores, coins, unlocked content and settings are kept on your device. If you uninstall a Game, that data is removed.
• Optional nickname. If you choose to name your gallery or profile inside a Game, that name is stored on your device and shown only in that Game's local leaderboard.

2. Third-party services

To run and improve the Games, we use trusted third-party SDKs. These providers may automatically receive certain technical data (such as a device advertising identifier, device model, OS version, coarse country, and crash diagnostics):

• Google AdMob — shows advertisements (including opt-in rewarded ads). AdMob may use an advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob data disclosure.
• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash reports that help us fix bugs and improve gameplay. This data is not used to personally identify you. See: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Google Play Services — required by Android for app distribution and core functions.

We do not control how these providers process data under their own privacy policies; the links above describe their practices and your choices.

3. Advertising choices

You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.

4. Notifications

The Games may send local reminder notifications (for example, when a timed build completes or a gentle daily nudge). These are generated on your device — we do not send push messages from a server. You can disable them any time in your device's notification settings, and on Android 13+ the Games ask your permission before showing them.

5. Children

Our Games are directed at a general (adult casual) audience and are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Data retention & security

Because game data lives on your device, you control it — uninstalling a Game deletes it. Data handled by the third-party services above is retained under their respective policies. We take reasonable measures to keep the Games and any integrations secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data and to opt out of certain processing. Since we don't hold personal data ourselves, most requests are handled through the device controls above or directly with Google. You may also contact us and we will help where we can.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Games evolve or as laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
